About Us

I’m CC, and baking has always been part of my story. I come from generations of bakers, so some of my favorite memories and traditions have always centered around the kitchen.

About 10 years ago, my baking journey took a new direction when I began baking gluten-free for my husband.

It was not always easy. I spent years learning, experimenting, adjusting recipes, and trying to create breads and pastries that were not simply “good for gluten-free,” but truly delicious.

Eventually, I started thinking that it might be time to share what I’ve learned with others. That idea became CC Bakery Club, a small gluten-free bakery operating from my home in Lehi, Utah.

I’m excited to share my family’s love of baking in a new way and create homemade gluten-free breads and pastries for people who may have been missing the foods they once loved.
