Do your products contain preservatives?

No. We never use preservatives. Our baked goods are made fresh using quality ingredients for the best homemade taste.

Do your products contain dairy, eggs, or nuts?

Some of our baked goods contain dairy, eggs, or nuts. Please read each product description carefully before ordering. If you have food allergies, please contact us before placing your order.

How fresh are your baked goods?

Every order is baked fresh to ensure the best flavor and texture.

How should I store my baked goods?

For the best freshness, keep your baked goods in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them and thaw at room temperature before enjoying.

Where do you ship?

At this time, we only ship within the state of Utah.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We ship all orders with UPS to help ensure your baked goods arrive quickly and at their freshest.

When are orders shipped?

Orders are shipped every Wednesday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled only before a shipping label has been created. Once your shipping label has been printed, we are unable to cancel your order.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the fresh and handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos so we can review your request.
